Using Mintt - Instafeed with Ecomposer
If you build pages in EComposer Landing Page Builder, Instafeed - Instagram Feed is available as a native extension in the editor. Drop a shoppable Instagram feed onto any page without theme edits or code.
What this integration does
EComposer is a drag-and-drop page builder for Shopify. Instafeed is integrated as a third-party extension, so any feed you've configured in Instafeed can be placed inside an EComposer page in a few clicks. The feed stays connected to your Instagram account. Posts auto-sync, layouts stay responsive, and shoppable tags continue to work the same as on a standard Shopify page.
Before you start
Two apps need to be installed and configured first. Instafeed must be installed from the Shopify App Store and connected to your Instagram account, with at least one feed created. EComposer Landing Page Builder needs to be installed in the same Shopify store.
If you haven't set up Instafeed yet, see the Instafeed setup docs.
Install the Instafeed extension in EComposer
- In the EComposer editor, open the left sidebar and click Extensions.

- Search for Instafeed, or click View more to browse all available extensions.
- Click Install now on the Instafeed extension card. Once installed, the Instafeed extension appears under the Extensions tab and is ready to use on any EComposer page. Place the feed on your page
- Open the page you want to edit in EComposer.
- Create a new section in the area where you want the feed.
- Open the Extensions tab on the left sidebar.
- Drag the Instafeed extension into the new section.
- Save and publish the page.
Note: The Instafeed extension only renders on the live page. Use Preview or View live to confirm the feed displays correctly. The feed pulls whichever Instagram content you've configured in the Instafeed app, including shoppable tags and UGC.
Common questions
- Does Instafeed work on the free plan?
Yes. Instafeed's free plan covers responsive layouts, photo and Reel display, auto-sync, and customizable pop-ups. Product tagging, UGC display, and multiple feeds are on paid plans, with a 7-day free trial.
- Do I need to add embed code?
No. Instafeed is integrated as a native EComposer extension, so no code is required.
- Why don't I see the feed in the editor preview?
Instafeed renders on the live page rather than inside the EComposer editor canvas. Save the page and open the live URL or Preview to confirm the feed is showing.
- Will this slow down my page?
Instafeed is built to be lightweight. Performance impact on EComposer pages is minimal.
- Where do I configure feed content and styling?
Inside the Instafeed app. EComposer controls placement on the page; Instafeed controls which posts appear and how the feed is styled.
Need help?
If the Instafeed extension doesn't appear in your EComposer Extensions list, confirm both apps are installed and connected to the same Shopify store.
